Information We Collect and Why We Process It
You do not need an email address to create a VPNQY account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNQY therefore does not request or collect a registration email as part of the signup process. Account information is used to authenticate users, maintain login sessions, manage subscription entitlements, and address account security matters.
After you complete a subscription or traffic package order, VPNQY retains fulfillment-related order records, including the selected item, amount due, payment status, order ID, and processing time. This information is used to confirm entitlements, verify payments, process refunds, investigate duplicate orders, and maintain necessary financial records.
To maintain website performance and detect unusual requests, VPNQY may process basic access analytics, such as pages viewed, browser type, device category, referring page, IP address, and request time. This information is used to improve compatibility, understand feature usage, and protect service stability. It is not used to build profiles of users’ browsing interests.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNQY does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain webpage content, search queries, communications, or traffic records that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. VPNQY also does not combine destinations visited with personal accounts to create long-term browsing profiles.
To authenticate accounts, check subscription status, measure traffic usage, and troubleshoot faults, the system processes necessary account status data, account-level traffic usage, and temporary network events while the service is running. Temporary events are used only for the current session, security decisions, or troubleshooting, and are deleted or de-identified when those purposes end; they are not retained as long-term connection logs. Order records and account-level usage records do not include the content of websites users access.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use necessary cookies or browser local storage to maintain login sessions and store language preferences, interface settings, and security verification data. This information keeps account sessions usable, remembers settings users actively choose, and reduces repetitive actions.
If browser storage is disabled or cleared, some preferences may return to their default values and users may need to log in again. VPNQY does not use these storage mechanisms to retain a list of websites accessed through its network access service. The browser’s site-data clearing feature can remove related information stored on the current device.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNQY supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider. Payment account details, verification information, and other payment credentials submitted to that provider are governed by its own policies. VPNQY does not directly obtain complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.
To confirm an order, a payment provider may return an order ID, amount, currency, payment status, and other necessary transaction-result information to VPNQY. VPNQY uses this information only for order confirmation, reconciliation, refund processing, dispute handling, and risk control. Before visiting a third-party payment page, users should also review that provider’s privacy notice.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept for as long as necessary to fulfill subscriptions, reconcile finances, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Access analytics is retained for the period needed to maintain the website and perform security analysis; once its purpose ends, the relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can submit a ticket through the user panel to request deletion of their account and data directly linked to it that no longer needs to be retained. VPNQY will first verify control of the account before processing the request. Data related to pending orders, refund requests, payment disputes, security incidents, or necessary financial records may need to be retained until those matters are resolved. Once deletion is completed, the account can no longer be used to log in or manage subscriptions.

Policy Updates and Scope
VPNQY may update this policy when service processes, website features, payment procedures, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be announced through site notices or the user panel.
This policy applies to the VPNQY website, user panel, and international network access subscription service. Third-party payment pages, external websites, and software installed by users are operated by their respective providers; their data practices are outside the scope of this policy. Before continuing to use an updated service, users can review this page to understand the changes.
