Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network access subscription service provided by VPNQY. By accessing, activating, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop activating or using the service. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into and perform this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of another entity, you must confirm that you have the necessary authorization.
Service scope
VPNQY provides network acceleration for cross-border access and access to international websites, with routes covering 110+ countries / 150+ routes and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, client access points, and subscription status available to you are determined by the user panel.
The service is intended to improve connection paths across different network environments. Connection quality may be affected by the user's local network, the status of the target service, device settings, route maintenance, and other external factors. VPNQY may adjust nodes, connection methods, or client configurations based on route operations to keep the service running normally. Such adjustments do not change the basic usage rights of an active subscription.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. You must keep your account credentials, subscription details, and other information in the user panel secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. If you discover exposed credentials, access to your subscription information by others, or unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
VPNQY supports simultaneous access on unlimited devices. This benefit is for the account holder and their own devices under reasonable management only. You must not publicly publish, sell, rent, or transfer an account or subscription details; provide paid services to others by splitting a subscription; create accounts in bulk through automation; occupy route resources; or interfere with other users' normal connections.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription details, remaining traffic, and validity status are determined by the user panel records. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods.
Compliance requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the regions involved in your use of the service. You are responsible for confirming whether the content you access, your network activity, and the rules of the target platform permit such use. You must not use VPNQY for unlawful activities, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks or malicious scanning, commit fraud or infringement, harass others, send spam, or otherwise harm the lawful rights and interests of third parties.
You must also follow the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms you access. VPNQY provides network connectivity and route optimization; it does not grant access rights to content, nor does it replace any account, payment, regional eligibility, or content license required by a target platform. Any restrictions or disputes resulting from violations of third-party rules must be handled by the relevant user.
Service availability and liability
VPNQY will reasonably maintain its routes, user panel, and client access points. However, the network service may be temporarily affected by maintenance, carrier changes, target service failures, device compatibility, system updates, or external events beyond reasonable control. During necessary maintenance, some routes or features may be adjusted, replaced, or suspended.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNQY is not liable for losses directly caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party platforms, local network conditions, or force majeure. You should back up important data and confirm the connection status before making payments, transferring files, or performing other important actions. No service description constitutes a promise that a particular website will remain continuously accessible or that a particular route will always be suitable.
Suspension and termination
If you violate these terms, resell or publicly share a subscription, interfere with service operations, infringe third-party rights, use abnormal methods to consume resources, or create a situation requiring action under applicable laws and regulations, VPNQY may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the nature of the issue. To protect routes and other users, necessary measures may be taken first in urgent risk situations, followed by a review of the details.
If you believe that action taken against your account was incorrect, submit a ticket through the user panel with your username, the time the issue occurred, the platform used, and necessary error information. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket. VPNQY will review the matter based on account records, subscription status, and actual usage.
Changes to these terms and refund guidance
VPNQY may update these terms due to service adjustments, compliance requirements, or feature changes. Updated content will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” information will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the service.
Refund conditions and application procedures are governed by the separate refund policy. You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. If the refund policy and these terms differ, the refund policy governs matters relating to refunds.
